Plastic Factory outreach

If you cannot attend  our Saturday course or you would prefer, we can offer an outreach service where we bring our small factory to you.

The outreach introduction course covers the use of a domestic iron to produce flat sheets of plastic made from carrier bags and film packaging.

COST £150 minimum + travel allowance
DURATION 3 hrs + £50 per part/additional hour

This course is a demonstration for Educators/teachers of all ages and abilities who would like to learn the basics of our introductory course but are unable to attend our weekend course.

The content of this course is suitable for young children and those with special needs. It provides a direct practical hands on insight into recycling in which the same waste that is handled at the beginning o the course is manufactured directly into a saleable item. This represents a unique view of recycling and shows the entirety through to closing the loop.

If you would like EKKO to demonstrate this in the classroom or to a group who would like to learn direct please state when booking as there is a ceiling on numbers that can be effectively taught in the time given.
